How to purchase images on this site

Prints - Officially Licensed 8x10 & 16x20 MiLB Photos

Search & Browse - To view the 8x10 or 16x20 prints available for purchase please select the Prints tab in the navigation menu. From the Prints gallery, photos of specific players may be searched by entering either the last name or first & last name of a player. Customers may also browse the entire inventory of Future Star Photos, by MLB affiliation, from the Prints gallery.

8x10 or 16x20 photos may be added to a shopping cart one of two ways:

• Click on the "Buy Now" button under the thumbnail of the desired image. After clicking the "Buy Now" button you will be re-directed to the image detail page. Select the appropriate size (8x10 or 16x20) and quantity and click "Add to Cart".

• Click on the thumbnail of the desired image. After clicking the thumbnail of the desired imaged you will be re-directed to the image detail page. Select the appropriate size (8x10 or 16x20) and quantity and click "Add to Cart".

Payment Method - The default payment method is PPP (Pay Per Purchase). The PPP method requires payment at the time of checkout to complete any transaction. If a customer has previously purchased 8x10 or 16x20 subscription credits, the checkout process may be completed by selecting the appropriate subscription credits from the Payment Method link in the upper left corner of the website. Subscription credits must be purchased in advance. Subscription credits may be purchased through the Subscription Credits page.

Shopping Cart - The shopping cart will display the details of your order. If you wish to delete a product / print from your order prior to proceeding to checkout, simply click the remove link to the right of product / print you wish to remove.

Checking Out - Prior to checking out you will be required to log-in to your Future Star Photos account. If you are a new customer to the Future Star Photos site, please complete the online registration form to create a user name and password.

Future Star Photos utilizes PayPal to complete online transactions. A PayPal account is not required to make a Future Star Photos, Inc. online purchase. If you do not have a PayPal account you may complete your online purchase by paying with a personal credit card through PayPal.

If you prefer, you may phone in or email in your order and pay by personal check or money order. However, this will significantly delay product delivery because no order will be processed until payment has been received. Additionally, all personal checks must clear before your order is shipped.

To order by phone please contact Future Star Photos at 770-616-9269. To order by email please contact Future Star Photos via the Contact page and we will contact you to process your order. Please be sure to provide the photo ID #, photo size, and quantity of each desired photo when placing your order by phone or email.

Territory Restrictions - Sales of all Future Star Photos, Inc. products are restricted to the fifty United States of America, the District of Columbia, and Canada. All orders originating from areas outside of the indicated territory will be cancelled immediately.

Order Processing - All 8x10 print orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. All 8x10 print orders will ship on the business day following completion of order processing. All orders containing 16x20 prints require a minimum of 5-7 business days for order processing. All orders containing 16x20 prints will ship on the business day following completion of order processing.

Shipping Timelines - In addition to the order processing times outlined above, please allow for an additional 2-3 days for delivery of all Priority Shipments and an additional 2-7 days for delivery of all Standard Shipments.

Rights Managed Digital Images

Search & Browse - All customers may view the available rights managed digital images by selecting the Rights Managed tab in the navigation menu. From the Rights Managed gallery, photos of specific players may be searched by entering either the last name or first & last name of a player. Customers may also browse the entire rights managed digital image archive of Future Star Photos, by MLB affiliation, from the Rights Managed gallery.

Restrictions - Pricing and purchasing of all rights managed digital downloads is only accessible to recognized and pre-approved media outlets via a Private Rights Managed gallery. Please contact Future Star Photos, Inc. to request pre-approved access to digital downloads.

Calculated rights managed pricing is for a one time use license. Rights managed digital downloads may not be used for any purpose other than the usage expressly outlined and agreed upon at the time of purchase. Rights managed digital downloads may not be resold or redistributed under any circumstances.

At this time, rights managed images may only be priced online for editorial use. Pricing for commercial use of rights managed images is available on a case by case basis. Each client must provide proof of having obtained all required model releases prior to purchasing a rights managed image for commercial use.

Digital Download Delivery - Once the checkout process has been completed, customers may visit their My Account page and access a download link to retreive the purchased rights managed digital images. All rights managed digital images are sized to 8"x10" at 300 ppi. If you require a rights managed digital image in an aspect ratio other than 8x10 please contact us with your specific needs. All rights managed digital images are delivered in zip format.
